truth is, mayweather is not in a position to dictate terms. look at him. he's virtually cornered into fighting pac. his last fight didn't do well as expected. it would even be more difficult for him to justify fighting other fighters other than pac. which is why he's forced to make the call. something he'll never do in a million years. he's desperate. don't even know why, instead of bending a little, he's dictating the terms. this guy will accept 40 split if only pac makes the right moves.
