40 mill is a lot of money compared to what Manny typically makes. And Im sure its about 30+ mill more than he will make on June 9th. But what evs to this whole thing. Who else is fighting soon? Theres more to boxing than the public negotiations between these 2 asholes.

Question tho....why are Manny fans so damn angry? I like both fightes for different reasons so sitting back rading thread after thread abiut the same chit, the arguments are so petty.

20m guarantee this time out, probably made over 30m again.

if Floyd is asking for this nonsense now, theres nothing that can happen that would change his mind for a fight later this year

It's just as bad. Not agreeing to the date makes the split irrelevant. Not agreeing with split makes the date irrelevant.
If it has been agreed since 09 then why Manny said he will accept a smaller share last month?

What baffles me is...he said Top Rank is offering him a higher guarantee. does that mean they weren't involved in negotiations with Floyd? And if yes, does that mean they wouldn't be involved in the fight? How is that possible? Makes no sense.

getting the fight made is the most important thing. Just give 50 50 is the fairest thing to do. To make it otherwise would to be thinking too much. Make it 50 50 so you take the thinking out of it, and its fair. They are both the big names in boxing and deserve as much as each other.
Floyd should give 50% to the poor man from the ****** and be a nice man. Isnt that how he wants to come across?

Because Manny was accused of being a steroid cheat as Floyd and *****s complained about wanting an "even playing field"

Now that he agreed to the tests, it seems you guys dismiss Manny wanting an even playing field for himself financially and getting paid what he deserves, instead whine about how 40 million is a lot of money and Pac should take less.

                  From

"IF YOURE THE BEST, TAKE THE TEST!"

                  to

"IF YOURE THE BEST, TAKE THE LESS"

                  pathetic.

Out of this two fighters Pac is the only with the trend of not liking the date.
Its one date that he didnt agree upon.. That's a trend?? And what makes it the same as disagreeing to a 50/50 split, which will be a major roadblock in any time this fight is talked about..

Because, he says many things. The 50/50 split was agreed in 09' the only issue was the OST and the cutoff date. It was agreed in 2010. The only issue again was the OST and cutoff date. It was assumed that the only issue this year was the date and the venue. Well apparently that changed "out of the blue."
