      Just some foodfor thought~

If a guys makes 20-25 million tops why is he so concerned about percentage points on the split when he should be concerned about making 180% of what he normally makes.

Is a guy who normally makes 40 million really ducking a fight asking for a bit more to make it really worth his while or is the guy unwilling to take his biggest purse ever because he wants more.

They should be able to work it out so both sides are happy, but envy is a mother fucker~

This is so ******. To act like the purses reported to the NSAC are the entire guarantee plus % of PPV revenue is absurd.

            Same shit.

            I'm from a 3rd world country too.

Air Force One's in third world country with inflated prices: $2,500-3,000 Pesos

Air Force One's in US: $75-90 dollars.

$75-90 US dollars= $2-3k Pesos depending what the currency is worth at the time.

Forbes had Manny in the top 10 highest paid athlete (where's Floyd on that list?)

Lets not pretend the guy is broke.

According to NSAC, Mayorga's purse againts Cotto was only $50k...
I'm pretty sure promoters can disclose a much lower purse guarantee and still pay the fighter in the back-end (i.e. PPV upside, bonuses, co-promotions, etc.)
