The WBO told Marquez that he had to fight the winner of Burns vs Katsidis or lose the belt.

Marquez would beat Ricky Burns but the WBO have done the right thing by doing what they did by making Burns the champ as he won vs Katsidis.

The WBO are also very smart as they have made Marquez No1 contender for Pacquaio's Title
