He knows he's got a better chance of beating Pacquiao, so that's the fight he wants. But he's not gonna get fcuked around in negotiations this time and he does have another huge fight option.

Thing is, if Cotto can just do a little better than we all expect against Floyd, he'll still be really viable. I know it's a stretch, but if he could put in a DLH type effort against Floyd(How I think the fight would have gone in 2007) he won't lose much stock at all.
even if cotto loses he will still keep his credibility. cotto fights like a man and does not alienate his base. he represents Puerto Rico and his fans will always support him. he should not go below 150 imo. manny fought margarito at 150 so whats the problem? at 150 cotto would be a big load for pac thus they are trying to get him any advantage they can. cotto should watch his back around arum though. arum knows cotto is a free agent and would prefer pac to beat cotto and is probably negotiating with a slant towards pac.

If Cotto ask for 20 million.........he will not be fighting Floyd or Manny.
          More like 6-10 million

Apparently, u havent seen **** of boxing, never has floyd giving any TRUE compation, a BLOODY face, and that little 3 hit combo a and 1- 2 shuffle, can give May some trouble, All May wants is for fighters to come towards him, so he can capatilize, of his pop shot right hand, lets see what would happen if it was vice versa, just look at the first 5 rounds versus Judah! Go learn some boxing and for the love of boxing, if u are going to be repeating the same ****, ''WE ALREADY HEARD''
Watch the first 5 rounds of Judah where Judah won 2 of them! Not mention zab is faster and longer then Miguel.

He agreed to take less against Mayweather. Mayweather is fighting on May 5th. He called out Pacquiao. If he wants the fight and is willing to fight Mayweather, May 5th is the time to own up to his words. And taking less money isn't some mind control or taking orders from Mayweather type of situation. Pacquiao himself said it. So you guys can't even say "He's not going to give in to Mayweather's demands." This is from Pacquiao's own mouth. So Pacquiao should just do what he himself said he would do.

And Judah got his ass handed to him by Cotto! I think we remember that one, btw, Judah won more than two round, on top of that watch closely as Judah hits him with the left and the ref doesnt count the Knock down!
