Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum is not exactly pleased with the circulating rumors of a possible fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Miguel Cotto. Mayweather is looking for an opponent for his May 5th date at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. In a recent article on BoxingScene.com, Cotto's legal adviser Gaby Peņagaricano revealed Miguel's willingness to face Mayweather on May 5th. He also said Miguel was willing to reach a lucrative deal for a rematch with Manny Pacquiao on June 9th, also in Las Vegas.

Cotto is shot; his next fight will probably be his last fight (or at least it should be)

He just doesn't punch hard enough for the weight he fights at. Also, his face gets busted up even when he wins.

Besides, I don't want to see his wife and kids run out of the arena before the fight is over because the can not watch Cotto endure any more punishment.

my friend you have no clue miguel doesnt back down and is the only fighter maybe besides andre ward that i know would fight anyone so yeah I blame Arum......Arum is scum with his own agenda and it hurts the sport
