I worship no man. I think Vitali and Wlad are top 10 greats. Most of the journalist are middle aged men who lived through the cold war era so there is a bit of biased towards Klits not being great.

I respect you. You're a cool guy but you have called Klits great but not top 20. I don't get it. Just cause we Klitschko fans think they are great some of us don't think of them as legends like Ali.

they are not top ten fighters at HW. not by a long shot.

      it's a very thick division

That's fine. It's your opinion eventhough I disagree with it.

          that sounds fine to me

you'll find yourself int he minority here, but i'm certainly in the minority with some of my opinions on boxing as well

hopefully there's nothing wrong with that.

that girl in your avatar would be a ten without all of those damn tattoos, lol!

And I've always respected you as a poster. We have contrasting opinions, big deal. I will however pit my knowledge of the sport with anyone. You think guys who've seen many greats fight are blowing some kind of nostalgic smoke, I disagree. Having more experience Isn't an automatic precursor to bias. This is just a convenient excuse for more knowledgeable people disagreeing. And I believe I currently have Wlad at 18 and have in fact stated today he has time to climb higher and possibly into the top 10. I find him boring to watch, but if that is hate than what is love?

People base the top fighters on their accomplishments. The Klitschko's have fought in a very very weak era, that's the biggest reason (IMO) why no one respects their dominance to the point of making it a reason why they are all time great. It's not their fault at all. I rank them high when asked how well they would have done against top ten fighters. I easily see them beating the smaller atg heavyweights, like Marciano, Dempsey, Charles and Holyfield. But I see them losing against Tyson, Foreman, Frazier, Ali, Holmes and Lewis. I think they have their best shot against Foreman and Fraizier, but I see Frazier out working them and wearing them down late in the fight. I think that's saying a lot for the Klitschko's.

This thread was all about Vitali leaving on his terms as the most dominant heavyweight that ever lived.. I have no idea how it turned into something else entirely. Lmao at your twofaced logic.. Mr. JABS.

i ALREADY KNOW the game you're playing.. throw in just a little bit of praise for the brothers so as to not come off as a flatout hater & therefor market yourself as a rational poster... you're a fake son & so are your twofaced posts.. If you ain't a hater of the brothers.. i ain't an admirer of them. Stop playing it off like you're some kind of noble & levelheaded poster.. You spew hatred but disguise it as some kind of justice. You're a game player.. son & those are the ones I eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner. You can get all the cronies you want... i could take on all of yous for all i care one by one & you know why that is... i'll tell you why.... When one is siding with the truth... can't no one tell him otherwise.. You might be laughing at my resilience but i pity all of you that really have no clue how wrong you really are. MAN i wish I COULD take Vitali into a back to the future lamborghouni & show all of you what he would've done with all the past greats & all the fighters you criticize him for not having the opportunity to fight them... you'd all be in for the shock of your lives as Vitali administers his patented beatdowns to your favorite heroes of the past without breaking a sweat.... Joe LOUIS 6 FT 1 200 lbs vs 6ft 8 250lbs OF DOMINATION.... ALI 6FT 3 210LBS.. LISTON 218 LBS.. FOREMAN 6FT 2 225 LBS.. alll these wannabees would get overpowered by Vitali.... SOME peeps even think Holmes would stand a chance because of his jab.. Both bros would overpower him with right hands from hell...

Vitali has perfected such a style of fighting... that it's almost funny how foolproof it is. When one throws more punches than you every phocking time he fights.... he's already won half the battle right there. When he fights.. it's a given he will outland you no matter what type of fighter you are. Chisora thinks he's going to be taking care of business with a high workrate as if Vitali is a fighter that's hesitant to throw leather himself.

Think about this... you have to have half his face in need of plastic surgery & one of his shoulders in need of rotator cuff surgery just to even think about beating him.. What kind of strategy is that for a potential foe of Vitali's to utilyze? Unfortunately that's all you have if you want to get yourself a tainted W over him that's undeserved. The fact that these 2 occurences happens once every 22.5 times Vitali fights... i'd say all opponents of his are shet out of luck.. They can ONLY hope for a pretend W over him while snatching a belt like Rahman did.

This is Vitali's record sans injury bug... pay attention

About 8 to 10 fights were taken away from him because of injury & 2 victories (Byrd & Lewis) I do believe 100% Lewis is a Ko VICTIM sans Vitali cuts but i do believe Byrd lasts the distance sans shoulder surgery because of his elusivity.
55-0.. 49 kos Briggs non ko being overturned while one out of the 10 fighters he didn't face gets lucky & lasts the distance on an off night by VITALI.

This is realistically what we're talking with a healthy Vitali Klitschko throughout his career...Highest winning % in heavyweight history.. Highest Ko% in heavyweight history & highest scorecard % in boxing history & ofcourse he'd still be questioned as a top 10 heavyweight when he's really the number one heavyweight of alltime in disguise>
