    and please don't give me that pacfans come back "they both would weight the same come fight night"
    Well ****, if Pac is going to fight the winner of Maidana-Alexander at 140? These are the type of convos that give me a headache. If we are using if Pac is going to fight Bradley at 140. Then what logic are we using to put the winner of Maidana-Alexander as an option? Considering after the Maidana-Alexander fight all 3 would have exactly one fight at 147?

    LOL @ Ortiz stopping Bradley. All this because he beat an average fighter in Berto.

        I'm not pushing for him to fight the winner of Madiana vs Alexander thread is about the winner of Berto vs Ortiz II the clear 3rd best fighter behind May and Pacquiao.

        and Stop hyping Bradley guy fought what one top 5 in his division the last 3 years? I would love for him to fight Ortiz next but get used to seeing Bradley in there vs casamayor type from now on

          Then why even bother to mention Maidana-Alexander?

          We going to question Bradley resume while talking about Berto and Ortiz? Talk about hyping someone up

            The matter is not one of quality of composition, but of boxing politics.

            Ortiz = Golden Boy (Schafer)
            Berto= Lou Dibella (Al Hayman managing Berto)

            Arum will not do major business with either Schafer nor Hayman. That simple.

                I agree but Manny will never face a young live wire. Just look at each and every one of his fights. The first 50 opponants are garbage no name fighters. The first young strong lion that was a threat to challenge Manny was Raheem the dream. Pacquiao straight dodge him.

                    The winner would be considered the #1 contender for Manny's belt. However neither fighter is with Top Rank, or willing to sign to Top Rank for a shot at Manny.

                    Also Manny seems content with fighting rematches over guys he's already beat or fighting fighters with a low risk like Bradley or Peterson.

                    Ortiz and Berto would be a High Risk for Manny, and with it looking like Manny is declining as a fighter Im not sure Top Rank would take that chance.

                    If Many faced the winner of Betro/Ortiz I would actually consider buying his PPV

                      because they arent toprank fighters. he cant under pay them or tell them to lose the fight.
