Arum will not let this fight b/w Manny & Cotto take place at anything higher than 149! Think about it: If it's 150 then Martinez & DiBella can call Paquiao a liar, a duck, a cherry picker, a paper champ etc. And Arum is too smart for that so the fight will take place at anywhere b/w 147 to 149. Agree on the weight issue. I also belive that Pac is not the same monster he one was and appears to be human once again.

Knowing the professional that Cotto is and knowing that he will come much better prepared this time around I would not count him out the fight and will not surprise me if he came out victorious.
