i thought this fight wasn't that bad considering both took it on short notice & neither had been beyond 6 rounds. they were both nervous but it was better then i thought it would be. i think more of this should happen in the HW division. deontay wilder hasn't had a fight like this in 20 as a pro. this fight will do more for these guys then almost all of wilder's experience combined.guys like wilder, hamer & all these up & comers should fight each other early in their careers. i remember years ago taras *****ko from europe took a 12 round fight with valuev in only his 4th pro fight. maskaev was put in with oliver mccall in his 6th or 7th fight i believe. we all know NBC got put in a jam after chambers pulled out.
