They turned down Bute vs Froch, and said that they would prefer to see Bute vs an American. Andre Dirrell seems like he would be the most logical choice. I wonder if this is what Showtime is pushing for.
This would be an excellent opportunity for both fighters and I hope the fight pushes through.
Dirrell will be as fast as anyone Bute has had. And Bute is very slick and heavy handed himself. This would be a cracking fight.
Earn his shot at Bute? Beat a top ranked fighter? Who the **** has Bute beaten? Dirrell fighting Abraham and Froch shi/ts on anything Bute has ever done in his career.
