Me too. I don't think Marquez has enough left to beat the type of fighter Peterson is today. He's also now champion and becoming champion improves you automatically.

I love Marquez, and the very reason is because he does this type of stuff. He chooses the top guy out there, apart from Bradley, who just beat the 'man' of the division.

Unlike some other guys who get given titles, Marquez has earned his the truest way, by beating the top guys.

Hard fight, which I would love to see, but sadly I don't think Marquez will win it. Should be great nonetheless and man, if he did win it....

Marquez is a career FW that's pushing 40, coming off a fight with the #1 boxer on the planet. How's about we cut him some slack? Peterson is an excellent fight for him at his first at 140.

What does Bradley fighting khan have to do with anything? Marquez himself said Bradley was the best at 140. He said he wanted to fight the best. Said Bradley tougher for him than Pac. I am sick of the Erik Morales talks. Yes, Morales showed heart against Madiana, STILL lost. Then, he beat a young opponent who was unheard of to win the WBC title. He should just retire after Garcia stomps him. He's way past it, it's time.
