Am I the only person who remembers Shimoda putting on a slinic against Ramos before getting caught?
Ramos doesn't have the boxing brain to win this fight, he just doesn'tComment

There are other factors, too. Rico says that he was very nervous and wasn't listening to his corner against Shimoda. I believe it. I'm sure he'll be much more composed and confident this time around.
Rigondeaux is definitely the better boxer, in my opinion; but Ramos isn't a slouch, and he's proven he can pull out a big victory. I believe Guillermo will win, but it would be a mistake to look past Rico.Comment

It is a toss up fight. We know Rigo lost to Cordoba...no mystery there, and Rico pulled his fight out of the fire with a huge punch in his last fight. In boxing, anything can happen. Rigo though is way too old to have much more of a career. What is he, 30, 31 years old? Rico is 24 and will be around a lot longer.Last edited by richardt; 01-20-2012, 04:40 PM.Comment
