Comments Thread For: Andrew Golota Starts Sparring, Hopes To Return Soon

Heavyweight contender Andrew Golota (41-8-1, 33 KOs) still has dreams of continuing his sports career. The Chicago resident told the Polish Times that he recently started sparring and wants to make his return in the near future, with a tune-up, and then a fight against an opponent who is ranked in the top ten. Golota said his left hand is working properly and there are no issues in the gym. The 44-year-old fighter has been out of boxing since being knocked out by his countryman Tomasz Adamek in October 2010.

hope Golota will do us a favor & just keep sparring...he's a perfect example, his entire career, why this division is what it is, most boring, least talented...
