When will a reporter ask Bob Arum about the risk involved in building a 38.000 seat stadium to be completed on a specific date to be used as soon as it's done? One delay will kill the fight. According to Wiki:
"In construction projects, as well in other projects where a schedule is being used to plan work, delays happen all the time"
Factors leading to delays are too many to chance:
Think if 5 weeks before the fight they run into a delay and just say "ooops... sorry Floyd... stadium wont be ready until early June.... have fun in jail

Arum's late May plan is submerged head & shoulders in irresponsiblity and nobody thinks to ask him about it.
