But that's false, if Arum can convince Manny that a 38,000 seat outdoor temp arena in a parking lot can make them 3 times as much money as 18,000 seat Arena at MGM grand then he should blame himself for being so ******ed. Even if we pretend double the seats means double the money thats only an extra 20mil. And that's assuming u sell the extra 20,000 seats which are way further back and cheaper, for the same average price as the first 18,000 seats. Consider the fact that the majority of the money comes from the front row and top 2 sections or first 4,000 seats that go for an average of $2,500 then u begin to realize that Arum's figures are completely off. At best the stadium would make 3mil more than now. If u wanna throw a 100mil away for another 3 mill split 2 ways...lol that **** is on YOU! Not ur slave master Bob Arum you dumb ****
