Arum will soon fold and give in. There's too much pressure on him and he's running out of excuses. He will be lambasted throughout the media if he doesnt make this fight happen on May 5th.
I think that Bob promised Bradley a fight with Pac, and also is using a possible rematch with Pac as bait to try and keep Cotto with Top Rank. If Pac were to lose against Floyd, both those fights lose marketability.Last edited by Deevel916; 01-19-2012, 12:31 PM. -

Also continuing to call a temporary place a lot? Well guess what, I'll stand in a lot then. I'd like to see the fight in person. Boxing fans are not that fancy. Most just want to enjoy it live. Yeah we'd rather not go to the fight at all then not be in the MGM. Bull****.
Someone with actual authority in Mayweather's case needs to come forward with some official documents and confirm for certain once and for all. Can Mayweather legally move from the May 5th date. Whether it's true or it isn't, it would at least allow for the next round of posturing and negotiation.Comment

What Ellerbe said makes sense. I mean, come on, is Arum going to offer free Binoculars to folks in the Bleacher seats 100 yards away?? Arum's idea does not make sense for a Mayweather fight, let alone for a fight with another fighter in June. Arum must be on crack. He is high as a kite. The MGM is a known quantity and has held superfights in the past.Comment

I always though that idea of an outdoor stadium is absoluley ******ed and had excuse writtn all over it props to ellerbe for putting it in clearer terms , even at the mgm the upper seats u caint see a dam thing who in the hell would want to see that fight in an outdoor stadium aginst a guy essentially coming off a loss to JMM?,I dont even beleive *******s would be that ****** ...Arum is making the excuses because he knows his greedy pig ass will lose his golden goose after mayweather kos him or beats him 10x worse than JMM did.Arum is 80 hes completley lost it his greed is a black hole just appalling, he should do the right thing and give the people that made him rich what they want for once not what HE wants.Comment
