My opinion is that with this move May has checkmate on Arum"Top Rank",Pac..........

Reasons:
1.Arums request for an "official" rep for Mayweather... His Lawyer
2.Arums question on Who would back him... A name Bigger than Top Rank...Mgmmirage
3.Arums "venue" is BS... MGM or mandalay or even thomas and mack are already ready to go, silver bowl??? Arums temporary venue???
4.Arum has influence in Vegas.. Mayweather made a deal with the court to delay the sentence so he could help the local economy by fighting at the mgm, with them in agreement of course... vegas fighting back against Top Rank exporting big fights to texas instead of helping his local economy..

Damn this is starting to sound like a rant........ .........

All Arums questions and concerns are answered by this statement get at ellebre shafer.... if Arum does not make the fight it is for HIS personal gain... all he has to do is agree to meet and sign the details out...its a GO

but then again, the fight date reservation was made just so another delay in gayweathers

so the date was fine for pac v jmm 4 but when floyd was free to fight, now pacs cut needs 5 more months to heal. LOL arum fears floyd and has night mares about what floyd will do to fraidy cat pac and you know it too.
