No chance that Valero would beat Pacquiao, as he was just a come forward, one dimensional slugger. If someone is to beat Pacquiao, then it would have to be slick counter puncher, with excellent ring craft. Valero had none of these skills!

Valero wasn't just a one tricck pony. He had skills and was very powerful and deceptively fast. He had a way about getting to his man no matter what.

That being said, Pacquiao would have knocked him out for his efforts.
