Actually Pac's side have been trying to make this fight since November 2009 and then came the extra special drug test demands and retirements and etc. etc. I hate to break it to you but there is only one of these two guys with a reputation for ducking in and out off the ring. Hint, its the guy who has only fought 4 times in almost five years and one of those was against a woman his BM.... How was Manny able to make a fight with a retired guy or a guy that wasn't thinking about boxing???? Not to mention what happened when Arum went public and gave Mayweather a month to negociate a Pac fight before they signed with Margarito??? Only to have mayweather come out a week or two later with that Ortiz crap???? How quickly people forget or they just remember what they want to. We would have had the fight already if it wasn't for Mayweather's Extra Drug Test, Mayweather's Retirement, Mayweather's I'm not thinking about boxing right now.... But yet you want to blame the guy that has never retired and fought more WW than Floyd despite being younger and coming to the division almost four year after Floyd.... Manny and Bob have been ducking the fight for the past 3 years. Media blamed floyd not becuase it was true, but because he is not popular because he is arrogant and talks alot about himself.

Had floyd followed the ODH/SRL model he wouldn't have gotten any of the blame. But floyd went villian to get his money. WHether pac fans and floyd haters admit this is another story.

exactly....Bob Arum is a VERY smart man....but he's old...very old....he's showing signs of being shot...no longer a great liar...he played the "perception over truth" game and it worked....but that was THEN....ALOT of ppl have caught on to his game
