i don't believe arum a single word but that's in the lines of what he said.... i'm not a businessman so i don't really know how/why any investor would be interested in this kind of deal, but whatever.
anyone with a basic calculator and a little logic can calculate that arum's stadium doesn't make any sense.

It was me.
I told some ******ed ******* why it wouldn't work and that the Ticket prices would be around 1300 to even get close to 60 mil which is illogical.
Also the 7 mil cost that Arum pulled out of his as for a 50 k seaters.
A temporary Football stadium for 20 k seats costed 15 mil and took over 3 months to complete.
So it doesn't take a genius to do the math

Don't need anyone else to tell me this. I was posting last week that Bob was full of crap. You can't charge 5K for a ringside seat to this fight in a 40k seat stadium like you can at MGM.
