I think Lennox Lewis deserves some mention, he was one hell of a puncher. But I would probably have to say Tyson.

Frazier's power and his style made him look faster than many. He cut the ring off quickly and moved in to throw some hooks or small combinations with a **** ton of power. I don't think he's the best, but he's definately top 3 or 4 with Joe Louis being at the top.
