If it forces ward vs bute than I'm all for it. I also would mind bute vs dirrell, but that's it

Apparently Showtime rejected an April date, but there are still plans to make the fight. Showtime wants Ward-Bute first.

This makes no sense.....Dirrell fought some scrub on Showtime and they showed have shown plenty of Bute-bum fights.

Since when does Showtime reject a sure-bet action fight?? Oh yeah, new management.

It makes business sense. If Froch beats Bute, which is very possible....then Bute vs Ward loses alot of luster and no one wants to see Froch vs Ward II.

Dirrell isn't nearly making the same money that Bute, who is guaranteed around 1.2 million per fight under his 3 fight contract, and Froch would make fighting each other.

I guess they are really determined to make Ward-Bute. Good luck with that lol

I am surprised. They just showed Bute vs. people in crap fights, and they won't show Bute-Froch??? At least show us one fight, no need for a 2nd unless the 1st os controversial or really close.

If not that, than I hope it's Andre or Anthony Dirrell vs. Lucian Bute.

Maybe Froch shouldve QUIT early like everyone else and saved years on his career. assh0les.
He shouldn't have pushed for that immediate rematch. Just take the one fight for Bute's belt instead, would have been a lot harder for Showtime to reject.
