lol you can insult Bute's opposition all you want but he is the one with the title. All Froch has is a bruised ego and the mindset that he only loses because "he was 3000 miles from home". What a sorry excuse. Bute should have been in the Super Six, then your little fighter wouldn't have made it to Ward anyways and we wouldnt be having this discussion
Jean Pascal: Just heard Froch vs Bute wont happen

Sparring familiarises opponents with each other leading to the kind of dull, uninspired fight we got with Bute-Johnson were they just went through the motions.LOL sorry about mixed decision, meant to be majority decision, was just thinking too far ahead and not really paying attention. And no I wouldn't consider Taylor a bum, more past his prime than anything.
Definetly not a top-class KO by any means. Froch clearly beat Johnson, but not with the same amount of comfort that Bute had in his outpointing. So what if they sparred in the past? Wouldn't that make it more difficult for Bute, because Johnson would know how to fight Bute since he had seen him in the ring previously?
Froch has a better track record of getting into title fights, then losing badly. No offense, thats just what I have gotten from him. He didn't even want to fight back against Ward he was hesitant to do anything but run around the ring. How is that a better fighter than the IBF titlist?
Froch has lost one fight that you could consider a "bad" loss and that was to Ward. I dont know what you were watching but he gave it his best effort but was simply not equipped to beat Ward. I get the impression from your posts that you dont really know what you're watching anyway.
Froch has beaten or fought on terms with Pascal, Taylor, Dirrell, Kessler, Abraham and Johnson.
Bute has fought bums and a sparring partnerComment

i dont need you to tell me what sparring does, what i need you to tell me is what it had to do with the Bute-Johnson fight. Johnson lost that fight badly, and performed decently well against Froch, albeit in a loss.Sparring familiarises opponents with each other leading to the kind of dull, uninspired fight we got with Bute-Johnson were they just went through the motions.

Bute has fought bums and a sparring partner
Froch has lost to Kessler and Ward, split decision with Dirrell, and knocked out Taylor's old ass. I will give credit for the Pascal fight, but I don't think Abraham even belonged in the Super Six and the Johnson fight was a sorry showing by Froch where it should have been a unanimous decision.
I get the impression from your posts you are a big Froch fan, so sorry to burst your bubble, but no matter what you choose to say he isn't worthy of a title, which is why he no longer has one
And Bute ducked the Super Six but wants to fight the champion of the event. Something about that doesn't seem right. Seems like you need to let it go, Bute may fight bums but he wins and has big fan appeal, which is why he should be in the talks for a Ward matchup, and leave Froch to fight at home against "real talent".Comment

Of course he wants to fight them now. They've been going to war against top competition for the past 2/3 years whilst hes feasted on a line of bums!i dont need you to tell me what sparring does, what i need you to tell me is what it had to do with the Bute-Johnson fight. Johnson lost that fight badly, and performed decently well against Froch, albeit in a loss.

LOL then agree to disagree, because no matter what either of us says it will be decided in the ring. But I think more people would want to see Ward-Bute than Froch-Bute, just because of Froch's recent fights.
I have never said that Bute is fighting top competition. I think his toughest opponent was in his last fight againt Johnson, but Johnson was a Super Six alternate and Bute easily outpointed him, sparring partners or not that counts for something. Froch didn't start facing real competition until right before the Super Six began, and while the tournament was occuring Bute had no opportunities to face top talent because they were all engaged in the tournament.Comment

Id rather see Ward-Bute as well but to say Bute has "proven himself" especially more than Froch is wrong (to be kind). Its actually ******ed to suggest that if im being honest.Comment
