Very rarely do you ever see the challenger be able to negotiate a rematch clause into the contract. Hopefully Bute goes through with it though.

Yes because Bute has fought all the best guys at 168 not ducked anyone.

And Froch really needs to step up his level of comp

Pity Kessler is fighting Stieglitz, would've been a great fight for April/May for Froch.

It makes sense for Hearn to insist on a return clause. They should do the deal so that it's only the losers team who can make the return void.

It still baffles me however, that Froch is looking to go to Canada for the first fight. Sure Bute has an alphabet strap, but Froch's value just might be bigger than Hearn realises (no offense to him). Hearn should be aware that Interbox has little options aside from Froch: They cannot get Ward and Mikkel Kessler has a fight coming up. That leaves Froch as the ONLY credible opponent.

Will Interbox risk letting Bute face another clubfighter? I think not. They'll catch hell and Bute would be the laughingstock of boxing.

So go hard for the first fight to be in Nottingham. Froch certainly has deserved it.

I'm sure he does. But is Bute making him a lucrative enough offer to go to Canada?

Or is he trying to lowball him like he allegedly did with Kessler?

                Hopkins - Pascal I

I was ringside and it was the worst robbery I ever witnessed. Pascal stood less than 5 minutes in the press conference and ran away like he ran in the fight. Hopkins stood on his feet for over 45 minutes showing how strong his legs still were after the robbery.

The scorecards were tampered with and there was NO WAY the fight was a draw.

                  lol, it wasn't that bad.

Sure I thought B-Hop edged it, but a draw wasn't the worst result, it's not like they gave it to Pascal.
