I'm surprised at the posters who would call for such a match up, there is nothing intriguing about it, and I couldn't care less if it's for the two to finally meet in the ring, it's fuckin' pointless right now. It's be like a showcase fight for Marquez, one that doesn't go past the 6th round. Again, this further proves how overrated Maidana is, he's lead you guys into thinking Morales has anything left.

well it most likely will. they were in talks about making the fight before until it fell through. also, morales is fighting the undefeated danny garcia which i'm not sure he'll beat. i mean would you rather have morales/garcia and marquez/diaz or marquez/morales? i'd go with the latter.

this is Marquez's last year as a pro fighter, I would rather have him go out facing ranked opponents like Bradley, Rios and Peterson then some washed up shot to pieces fighter like Morales. Marquez made this real clear in his recent interviews, and I hope he follows through with it. He can enhance his legacy even more by doing so.

He can get his fake 4th title and $ with a Morales bout and still fight Peterson afterwards to end his career and a unified champ @140 which would be a better claim than Arces 5 division champ (4 not counting interim) and Morales 4 division paperbelt

I comprehended everything you posted, I just find it ****** that anybody would wan't to see him face an old ass Morales simply because of his name to get a "fake 4th title".

Also, are you saying Marquez can't be an aggressor? your comparing Bradley to Mayweather, a fighter who didn't even meet the contracted weight against Marquez. Bradley is not even on Mayweathers level, but he is the best option at 140 and is ranked top 10 p4p. Morales on the other hand is washed up and took Bradleys WBC strap just so that he can claim his "4th title".
