I wouldn't mind seeing a morales vs marquez fight. I think morales has enough in him to make the fight competitive or maybe even possibly pulling off an upset.

Marquez is a serious boxer. He only wants the real fights-

Morales vs Marquez only has nostalgic Value. I don't blame Marquez for doing what all real boxers should do- take the hardest fights. Until Morales can prove he's still on the elite level(like marquez keeps doing over and over), There's no reason for marquez to fight him.

I liked that JMM turned the fight down before, he was looking for Pacquiao, Bradley, basically big fights that are guaranteed to be competitive and its against guys ranked at the top. Morales gave Maidana hell but he also didn't look great his next fight against a soft opponent. Logic tells me JMM beats Morales bad and they're tougher fights and that's why JMM didn't take the fight. But now he's saying if there's no Manny fight he'll fight a stiff in Mexico? Well instead of a stiff why don't u fight Morales in Mexico?....I just got a boner
