I think both Pac and Arum have a better take than anyone. And, Arum said May 5 for JMM IV he would love it. And, Pac said "the cut is fine, there's no problem." And, I agree with them, why? Because that cut wasn't as bad as his cut with Morales nor was it as bad as Vitaly eye damn near falling out of his socket.

And, don't give me the plastic surgeon nonsense. Because, his in the pocket of Arum. Not in the taking money sense but he's the bf, fiance, husband or whatever of Arum (step)daughter.

Exactly why are you even arguing? Just have Pac accept the May 5 date. Since Floyd already had it reserved for the fight. Instead of making lame ass excuses on why not to make the fight.

So if you are Pac and you think your injury is ok but the doctor thinks it's not, would you be careless and risk damaging that injury and lose the fight just because some punk dared you to fight him on a date that your doctor thinks could be risky? First you questioned the cut, now you're questioning the doctor and the observation of Miguel Diaz. The cut was stitched in three layers, top, middle and bottom. It was reported that it required 23 stitches. Those are the facts, not opinions. Yet you are still insisting that it's no big deal. Is your opinion the valid one?

I have entertained your questions enough. Pursuing the subject any further will not bring this fight any closer.

Therefore, I will ask you again and this goes to all those who insist on MAY 5 OR NO FIGHT; what's so important about that date when it will not in any way harm Floyd to change it but in fact would give Pac the peace of mind about his cut?
Why kill the fight just because Floyd does not get his way?

Pac agreed to the test, so why not give this one to him and make this fight finally happen?

I doubt Floyd KO's them, he beats both by UD.... unless Roach stops Pac from being countered all night by throwing in the towel.

Even Teddy Atlas talked about why this fight is so hard to make and cited that the promoters are reluctant to give either fighter the 30 or 40 million guarantee that they will be asking for.

At one point Arum was talking about how Floyd is independent and isn't signed to GBP, therefore Top Rank and Floyd could just make a deal amongst each other. YET now Arum is calling for someone else to guarantee Floyd his share even though he is independent.

He doesn't wanna guarantee 40 million dollars. We'll see how much of a guarantee Pacquiao will get if this fight ever gets made.
