Don't see the problem with them wanting late May, when Floyd wants May 5th. The date won't be the reason for the fight not happening though.

Floyd vs. Alvarez/Guerrero (probably Guerrero) and Manny vs Bradley. Wait and see.

do you know why mayweather got a postponement on his jail time? because his attorneys argued nothing could be changed with his may 5 contractual agreement already in place. this means changing the date after he told the judge he couldn't would be a slap in the face to the judge...not a great idea for someone in authority over your sentencing...

Why can't they just fight somewhere else that is bigger?? This is ridiculous. Arum is talking about losing about $7mil in building this stadium, why don't he just save it and fight somewhere else?? Floyd won't fight outside of Las Vegas I guess, and I assume that they can charge more for tickets in Las Vegas then most other places.

Mayweather is NOT going to turn down extra millions by forcing May 5th. It's clear that because they are talking about the end of May and erecting a temp stadium that Pac will be signaling that Floyd is the fight they want. We may have our fight afterall. This week there has been more activity than ever to tell us that it is happening in 4 months.

Lol, that is the most ridiculous and made up excuse ever. He's going to jail in "June", not "May", the month was left open not a specific date. The court isn't going to penalize him further if he changes the date, since he won't be going to jail in May.

they could fight at thomas and mack, silver bowl. Speed way all in vegas but arum is against that and the temp stadium could be built and fully operational by aprill 22nd.

I don't think the judge for Mayweather gives a CROCK OF **** if the fight is for May 5th or May 12 or any other date in May as long as he shows up in June to serve his sentence.

Except he has a contract with MGM to fight on the 5th. If he doesn't furfill that MGM will sue and he would lose more then what be would make by fighting in this bigger stadium.
