Why didn't Cotto fight Hatton at 140?

Cotto was fighting at 140 until 2006 and Hitman was at 140 until 2007. Both were undefeated and both great at 140, this would of been fun to watch.

Cotto would have been too good for Hatton. He could have took on Cotto but fought Carlos Maussa instead who Cotto had already beat.

Would've been a tough fight for both, but I think Cotto in the end would've hurt him. Cotto even at 140 was strong as ****.
