    He needs to be champ to be in a position to set up the kind of fights he wants. Not too many people want a part of you when you're a highly dangerous fighter with eight pro bouts under your belt.

        Exactly & the fight is a pro fight. Clearly superior boxer?? Well see. Age & pro experience says otherwise IMO!!

          So being younger and having more experience equals better? I have no doubt that the pros and the amateurs are two different animals, and I also haven't a doubt that Rigo is still finding his way as a pro; still further, I have no doubt that Guillermo is a superior boxer to Ramos. Rico has an advantage in experience, that can't be discounted. But the talent and ability edge goes to Rigondeaux. Rigo is older, but he's young enough where age isn't a factor. The last thing that comes to mind is the will to win. Rico has shown me something in that department; Rigo hasn't really had the need to. On January 20, I don't think there will be such a close fight that anyone's grit will be tested.

          If you'd care to bet, I'd be willing to make a wager with you. All my points on Rigondeaux to win.
