Here the problem with the Ghost -
1. He's only ever fought at 135 and below. Another issue is the best person he's fought at 135 is The Great, to put that in perspective, Rickster, Baby Bull, Dinamita and El Cepillo have beaten The Great.
2. The best fighter he's ever fought is probably Stone. Siri beat him up and the decision was overturned because Siri tested positive for steroids. I also saw him on HBO where he the announcers questioned his guts as he quit against Cino. Then I saw Ghost get knocked down by a jab by a shot El Cepillo.
3. He holds no physical advantages that would offset Money such as blazing handspeed or crushing power. He doesn't hold stylistic advantages either, Dinamita is a better all around fighter and couldn't touch Money. Ghost is an inch taller than Dinamita thats his only advantage.
4. He can't draw flies.
5. Everyone wants to see Pacman-Money. Providing that can't happen Junito, Canelo and Maravilla are either better equipped (Canelo) if not much better fighters (Junito, Maravilla)...although Maravilla should pick on someone his own size.

so whos pushing this ****???? it has to be guererro and his team and goldenboy. because from what im reading, team floyd seems to still be rather undecided. team guererro seems to be going out of their way to make him become theone and only option and goldenboy is riding with it.

I'm starting to think floyd is gonna pick the easiest possible opponent to increase his likelyhood of a knock out so he can have some street cred when he gets locked up
Imagine him getting ktfo by Pac, Cotto or Canelo and then going to jail. He'll get ****d everyday separated from the other inmates or not

If Floyd is looking for a lesser threat to him, then Guerrero is clearly a notch below Alvarez, especially with the questionable left shoulder. But beyond that, Guerrero is a lightweight and fights two divisions below Floyd. That’s like heavyweight Wladimir Klitschko asking a light heavyweight move up in weight to fight him.
IMO, Guerrero doesn’t stand a chance against Floyd, and it’s doubtful that he’ll draw a lot of Mexican fans either because he’s not well known. For me, Guerrero being the smaller guy isn’t the real issue. I’m more concerned with the injury. Any fighter that suffers a torn rotator cuff has a strong possibility that they won’t be the same after the surgery.
Guerrero may end up being a one-armed fighter and even a Guerrero with two good arms is going to be out of his class against someone like Mayweather. Guerrero got handled several years ago by Orlando Salido, and he’s not faced a real threat since then. An injury like that requires a long rehabilitation period followed by tune-up bouts. Mayweather is really looking for a soft touch to fight Guerrero coming off of this kind of injury. That’s like Miguel Cotto fighting Antonio Margarito after Margarito had three separate eye surgeries. It’s a fight that shouldn’t have happened right away, yet it did due to the rush of the promoter Bob Arum in putting it together.
