i used to like mesi, but then i realized how weak his chin is and how lucky he got in his "big name" fights.

TOS: mesi wins by 1st round KO.
barrett: mesi gets dropped in round 12 and sqeaks away with a MD.
jirov: mesi gets dropped once in round 11 and twice in round 12 and gets away with a somewhat questionable UD.

if he got dropped by a feather fisted barrett and damn near got KOd by a blown up CW in jirov, he wouldnt stand a ****ing chance against real opposition.

And Toney barely won against Jirov and all of yall say he is the best heavy But when Mesi kick's Jirovs ass for 9 round then gets a nice shot to the back of the head he's trash.

mesi was one of the most overhyped HWs since gerry cooney.

the only things mesi had going for him was his power and his heart. his chin was weak, his stamina wasnt noteworthy, his skill was mediocre, and he had no better than average speed.

i dont think mesi could beat any of the HW title holders right now.
