Yes, there is a tremendous difference in the appearance, however, photos and even a knowledge of steroids should not equal insurmountable proof. Speculation, sure, as that's what message boards are.
As per other explanations, it seems rational that what appears to be a promotional photo taken a good bit before the Pacquiao fight would have Barrera looking less cut than he did just before his Morales bout.
Also, let's not forget the distractions in Barrera's camp, the fire, etc. Barrera was likely much more focused for the Morales bout. No excuses, Pacquiao still dished a one-sided beating on the Babyfaced Assassin.
I'm just saying that there is easily more to a situation than a flat-out accusation of steroids, meant to incite discussion, sure, but done so without much more than speculative desire.
I still don't understand how lazy sports organizations can be with their drug testing.
