Lamont would've gladly agreed to a rematch clause because Con could've avoided his mandatory like so many others do. He already thinks he's above the rules. He thought his arrogant ass was gonna chump Peterson in his own hometown and got the loss he deserved. WHEN YOU GO INTO SOMEONES BACKYARD YOU BETTER BE THINKING KO OR TOTAL BEATDOWN!!!!

Lamont Peterson is an EQUAL opponent to Pacquiao as Ortiz was against Mayweather. Peterson-Ortiz fought to a draw. Ortiz beat Berto in a war. Peterson beat Khan in a war.

if the crybaby khan really wants the rematch. he needs to accept his ass whooping loss like a man and cut out all this ibf and wba ****. share the U.K. money and then you have the fight *****. you lost with no rematch clause and don't control anything. man up with your running amateurish fighting style.

            **** on the money.

Khans attitude disgusts me, the prick is so ****ing needlessly arrogant. Fact is he is more interested in his image, social networking and ****, he totally totally underestimated Peterson, almost disdainfully so and he got properly caught out.

Khan was on Sky Sports Ringside magazine programme a week after the fight and even the pundits on there said Khan probably lost a real close one with the pushing penalties....Incidently the annoying scottish guy as many of you call him who's name is Jim Watt was calling the push warnings all fight and wasnt surprised at all about both deductions, I had the feeling even the usually heavily biased Brits felt Peterson had done enough to maybe get a close one.

That simply is not true Peterson was his mandatory however this was not a mandatory fight he was not ordered to fight Peterson and wouldn't of had to until well into the new year but khan chose to fight Peterson he did not have to face him no fight was ordered as Peterson had only just won his mandatory position allot of people get this wrong on here and they are wrong.

Peterson is now more popular than Bradley because of Khan's and GBP's crying.

Kahn has become an embarrassment to both Boxing and his training camp
and has done a brilliant job in destroying his fan base.
                    Pathetic!

Grow up Khan. You've lost the titles, your team hashed up on negotiations before the fight, and Peterson will not fight you again immediately. And I don't blame him.

The truth is Khan's plans have been completely wrecked. He fancied himself as a p4p great and has been defeated for the second time by a lower rated fighter.

If he misses out on the immediate rematch he faces being frozen out of title negotiations at Light Welterweight for 12 months minimum by which time he may well not be able to make the weight. And until Floyd and Manny retire the Welterweights is a long road with little reward...
