Russ hasnt been with otis for several years now. He isn't with Bute, either. Russ is a VERY knowledgable boxing guy.

I know that he's no more with Grant but he still love him. He loves every fighter from montreal (too much!!) and goes with is hart instead of his head.

What do you think about what he said about that Pemberton exposed Lacy

The guy is knowledgable but sometimes he say ****** things.

Oh man, if you live in that sucky-ass town called Medicine Hat, I do feel sorry for you, bro. I worked & lived out there last year and I must say that of all the towns that I've lived in throughout Western Canada (and I've lived & worked in alot), The Hat is at the very bottom of the places I'd like to revisit. In fact the only good thing I can think of about that city, is the fact that it's at least far away and out of smelling distance from that awful, **** smelling, stink hole that they call Brooks.

You have to understand what Russ means when he says Scottie exposed Lacy. We are up close to the action -ten feet away, literally- and it was very apparent until Lacy landed that huge blow that the movement and the jab of Scottie was bothering him and was effective. A guy thats 10 years younger than Scottie and a smoother boxer could have HUGE success against Lacy and Scottie showed that... he showed it enough that the very next morning after the fight I got a call from a two-time former world champion who said the same exact thing and that he even wanted to now challenge Lacy to a big fight because of what he saw in the first and second rounds before the bomb dropped.

If you say so, I respect what you say but I doubt Lacy was exposed. If you want to beat Lacy you have to be a slick boxer with a good jab and take those bombs (and that's what we don't know about Bute).

What about "the refere stopped the fight too soon, he was keeping Pemberton down!"? Can you defend Russ on that?
