the problem is that nobody takes the law seriously. if the law just start putting people to death right after you are found guilty then people will start thinking twice before they do these things.you want an incident to happen so you can make a example out of a situation. but carry it out right away.
The police in England don't even carry guns so I understand why people don't take the law seriously. Trying to fight crime without a gun is a joke.
Thank you for posting the most idiotic post I've come across on the internet today, you clearly have no idea how it is, in the UK, so why bother making assumptions about things you don't know, also police in America have guns, yet people continue to commit crimes, do they also not take the law seriously? seriously...
so what happens if a criminal points a ****ing gun at a cop in england.... "oh we don't carry guns, so how you doing mr. criminal"
****** ****ing country
police officers that do their normal patrols don't carry any weapons, if there is even a su****ion someone is has a weapon (i.e gun or knife) armed response units are called in to deal with the situation.
I've spent 3 months in Graz, Austria for training, there were no guns.... no security guards( even banks don't have ). People trust people so its great knowing you can walk around with peace of mind. Like it there a lot.
