Wow, let Martinez earn his stripes against Cotto? That's almost laughable. Didn't Martinez already beat a jr middleweight that's better than any Cotto's beaten & dropped his a$$ like 4 times on his way to a shutout stoppage over the previously unbeaten fighter??

Didn't martinez beat the lineal middleweight champion. I'm a Cotto fan ansd I don't wanna see him get stopped cold from Martinez. Not when 2 greater fighters are shook as ****.

I think Martinez beats Cotto, maybe stops him late, but I think it would be comeptitive.

I've said it before....Martinez doesn't possess some of the main attributes in a fighter that gives Cotto trouble. Martinez fights at a similar pace and he doesn't have a huge variety of punches. He's speed is insanely overrated and he doesn't throw punches in bunches like Pac does and Margarito does. He would allow Cotto to fight at a pace he feels comfortable with.

Cotto aint no defensive maestro so he'll just get hit too much. I don't think he can stand up to Sergio's power for 12 rounds but I think it would be competitive till it ended.

I dont see why not,its a good fight,id expect Cotto to catch a beatdown but he would yet again be showing how large his testicles are in comparison to mayweathers,which seems too have been a feature throughout Cottos career
