The Petronas towers in Kuala Lumpur are tall buildings just because there are other buildings that are taller it doesn't make them not tall.

Well he was the heaviest he had ever been at 256lbs and was a year out of the ring.

He was about a stone over his ideal fighting weight at that stage of his career.

He meant to be an elite athlete, being a stone overweight weight ain't on. Maybe some current day heavies have made it acceptable, but it was clear he was out of shape.

He was the heaviest he had ever been, looked about 17-22% bodyfat to me, most elite athletes are 10% or bellow.

He was well out of shape when he fought Rahman first time around and he seemed worse against Vitali.

But it Lewis's fault if he not prepared no one else, but he still won the fight.

Yeah he still won but what does 5 less lbs or so translate to if that is how he would have came in? I doubt it would have altered the results.

I do rows, pull ups and other related things......I do heavy lifting at work and can't afford to get hurt with something like a deadlift which you can easily get hurt doing.

Yea I usually do lighter weights and I'd like to think I made great gains doing circuits as opposed to heavy weights and 5x5's and things like that. But every once and a while I go heavy and I get impressed by my strength and then for the next 3 weeks I'll be ego-lifting.
