He was the heaviest he had ever been, looked about 17-22% bodyfat to me, most elite athletes are 10% or bellow.
He was well out of shape when he fought Rahman first time around and he seemed worse against Vitali.
But it Lewis's fault if he not prepared no one else, but he still won the fight.Comment

Yeah he still won but what does 5 less lbs or so translate to if that is how he would have came in? Yea I usually do lighter weights and I'd like to think I made great gains doing circuits as opposed to heavy weights and 5x5's and things like that. But every once and a while I go heavy and I get impressed by my strength and then for the next 3 weeks I'll be ego-lifting.Comment
