everyone has different definitions.

for me...... ali would be like a top tier atg , then roy would be like a bottom tier atg...... and then guys like mosley and wlad would not be atg but hof-level.

HOF is Vitali Kltschko, Johnny Tapia, Naseem Hamed guys who were obviously amazing fighter but don't quite have the resume
