So if Mayweather doesn't make the test demands the fight happens back in March 2010.

Damn Arum was lucky Mayweather brought up those testing demands.
How did he know Floyd was going to pull that move.

Arum even though he wanted the fight to be in Texas, he agreed to have the fight in Vegas because Floyd wanted to.

He probably only agreed to that because he implanted the idea of testing into Mayweather's head with the help of David Blane.

It appears that Team Pacquiao were willing to negotiate, until they found out that Mayweather would not budge on his insistence that Manny undertake full OSDT's.

Since then, Team Pacquiao have not been willing to enter into negotiation.

But I guess you will now attempt to tell me that there was an official "second" negotiation..... correct?

Pacquiao gave a grand total of 8 ridiculous excuses to justify why Manny would not undertake random blood tests.....
