First guy to land the bomb wins. I'd say Tito lands his left hook in round 1 (watch the Vargas and Joppy fights, LOL) and Jackson is not the same after. Tito wins this one, KO before round 8.

Good post...I just don't see Jackson landing anything that hard on Tito (we all know Jackson had insane power, but not every single punch the man landed was a killing stroke).

I think Tito might kiss the canvas early in the fight (we all know he's vulnerable to balance KD's and such), but he'd land the heavy shots, more often in the middle rounds of the fight and would take Jackson out inside of 9 rounds.

I think 154 was Trinidads most solid weight.

has been no harder hitter in the sport's history than he.

I have no doubt that should he truly nail Tito...that Tito would be destroyed. But, Trinidad is a better fighter than Jackson. He certainly possessed the power, himself, to take Jackson out.
I have to go with the better fighter here, & that's Trinidad.
i agree tito is a better boxer overall not as hard a puncher as jackson but sure has enough power to take jackson out ..i go with tito within 6 rnds. in what would be a slugfest and foy candidate...

tito had too much power and too strong a chin to lose to jackson, a very very weak chinned fighter.

Jackson hits harder and has a better chin than Trinidad. Jackson is not a weak chinned fighter at all if you watch his fight with McClellan, he ate some insane bombs in that fight. Trinidad would never be able to withstand the kind of **** that Jackson absorbed against McClellan in the first fight. No f**ing chance. And Jackson hits twice as hard as Trinidad. Plus, he has alot of heart.

Trinidad has the advantage of speed. Of boxing skill I dont know. Definitely Jackson hits harder and I think is tougher.

tito took hard as hell shots from powerpunchers like vargas, hopkins, mayorga, and de la hoya and was only stopped by hopkins who countered tito silly.

julian jackson is downright notorious for his horrendously weak chin. jackson couldnt even make it past the 2nd with mccallum, and was destroyed in the 5th and 1st by mcclellan. of jackson's 6 losses, ALL OF THEM WERE BY STOPPAGE.

just for saying that jackson was tougher than tito, you get bad K, you ******.

Jackson absorbed bombs that Trinidad would never be able to take vs McClellan. I dont where in the f**k your getting Jackson had a notoriously weak chin from. He was stopped by Mike McCallum in 86. Other than that, all his stoppage losses are very late in his career. And his first loss since the McCallum in 86 was the first fight against McClellan in which he displayed punching power, chin, and heart. Jackson always had alot of heart, and if notorious for anything besides his punching power, it was for his heart, always coming back in fights.

Seriously, Trinidad is a skinny little punk in comparison to Jackson. He would be KO'd in brutal fashion. Herol Graham style or worse.
