I don't remember any demand for Pacquiao to fight Berto or Ortiz. Actually, Arum and Pac had made it clear, even before the Mosley fight accured, that Marquez is secured as Pacquiao's next opponent (considering there was some sort of demand for this fight).

Ortiz and Berto are both strong, hungry and powerful contenders. Just like Bradley is now. If Pacquaio doesn't fight Bradley does it continue to show that he's avoiding fighters that fit this category?

Berto & Ortiz were more viable opponents @ Welterweight than Mosley & Marquez.

Berto Especially though, at the time of the signing of the Mosley fight.
