Well, he does have a history of it doesn't he? Who's to say he hasn't?
He did in the AM's some 20 years ago. TO RECOVER FROM AN INJURY! Now since he didn't recover as a pro, then it CLEARLY, by your standards, is evidence of him NOT using steroids.

Don't pull double standards at me.
Lol, double standards? Please point out where I said he either has or hasn't used as a pro. Should I wait? Is this going to be like when you said I never talked about PED's and other fighters, than I link you to the trad I had done and you were the first poster to respond? And speaking of that and double standards.....why the double standard for Jones and Hopkins? You said "They are probably both juicing and has likely been doing it for the better part of their careers." Hmmmm, makes you wonder.

I forgot, EVERY fighter says its to recover for an injury. None ever take it just to improve, right?

No but you argued that he has a history of juicing and is therefore suspected for juicing when returning after 4 years.
I'm just pointing out the rather simple logic that since he juice to recover from injuries as an AM, then he didn't do it as a pro since he couldn't recover despite months and months of rescheduling.
I think that forms a base for me to say that I don't think Vitali is juicing. A base that is just as strong if not stronger than your point that goes by the same reverse logic.
In conclusion let me say that the only thing that to me is just the slightest bit su****ious it is that he performs at a relatively high level at an advanced age, but then again I don't think he would be able to in some of the earlier eras. What conts against this su****ioun is that he fights out of Germany and not North America. The general testing scheme is IMO much more stringent.
In other words Vitali is very far from being a major suspect PED abuser.
Do I have to remind you what you said? You said his comeback was a probable indication of him roiding. I pointed out that others had used other means to shed the ring rust.

So why do you think Jones and Hopkins have been juicing for the better part of their career and not Vits?
