Russians are known to drink a lot, but Ukrainians, Czechs and Poles are not.

The Irish have a reputation for drinking a lot too, they used to be stereotyped as drunkards in many movies such as Gentleman Jim.

Chinese and Japanese do not see to have a high rate of alcoholism.

The Klitschko's parents migrated to the Ukraine when the bros were in their early teens. This is easily verifiable. By all accounts, their family is native to the Central Asia region. They aren't "ethnic Ukrainians" (if their even is such a thing). It's like calling somebody an "ethnic Texan". The Ukraine wasn't even a country when the Klitschko's parents were born.

Most people that descend from that region (Cental Asia) are heavily admixed with Turkic, Mongolian & European blood. It's not outlandish at all to refer to the bros as Asians, because that's where they're from. Jirov, Golovkin & Chageav all have the same general phenotype as the Klitschko's. And all 3 of them Asian.
