People have to realize one thing although the fight was close Peterson imo seems to me like the type of fighter who will be even tougher to beat a second time when khan went out guns blazing he was worn out by round 4 and peterson started breaking him down if khan comes out fighting like that again next time with no inside game I can guarantee you peterson knocks khan out..

and khan was the only one who actually came close to knocking him out in round nine ( i think)
Its not like Khan has an iron chin. He has some heart to be able to fight while hurt, but he's definitely vulnerable.

The fight was good from the start Amir came out explosive like all ways but I think he uses his legs to much and runs a lot from fighters that can punch. I thought Peterson fought his ass off that night its to bad that the ref got himself in the fight I wished Khan would have fought him toe to toe but he didn't I like the way Amir fights but I felt like he ran to much and was acting like he had the fight won already. In those close rounds you need to make his fans your fans at the end of the night because you're fighting in his house.I do want to see them go at it again I think one of these guys wins by KO in the rematch.

I agree Lamont was somewhat hurt late but he fought through it. He has gotten up off the canvas to come back before. Also remember, Lamont took flush shots from Khan the entire fight and was still there....Lamont is no real ****er but if Khan had not been on his bicycle (as he always is) the whole fight, he probably would have been stopped by a body shot or a TKO. Khan had better realize soon that his "vaunted" power is going to be less and less effective as he moves up in weight too. JWW is where he should stay, I do not think he has the chin or the pop to go to WW or even JMW (where he realistically should be at 5'10" with his size frame. Khan is doing what Cotto did at JWW, they starve themselves down to a weight they don't really belong at, to get more knockouts). Lamont is not that exciting to watch sure and he is no favorite of mine but he has mad heart, he is tough and he really goes to the body like a madman. I know Pac's camp is drooling to get him in the ring but that may backfire on them, never know. I doubt he can beat Manny (obviously he won't get a decision over Manny, because apparently no one can these days no matter how good they fight him unfortunately) but Pac may be in for a shock. I know Khan was in shock, seeing Lamont still there and still ****ing away and coming after him after eating everything Khan threw at him. If that same situation arises in a Pac fight, Pac is in trouble. Lamont is definitely the safest fight out there for Pac, that he can still pick and save face to "some degree" though. If Lamont can take Pac's shot and he is still around after 4-5 rounds, we may have a real fight on our hands .

                Khan is a *****!

I'm looking forward to a rematch. Peterson fought hard, but I think Khan proved his chin isn't as weak as people claim it is. Khan was careless and caused a lot of his own problems in that fight. If he gets himself together and isn't overly ****y going into it, like he was first time round, I think it will be a brilliant fight.
