    Soto didnt duck Rios.
Soto chose to not fight any more Top Rank fighters cause TR owes him more than $1.3 Million dollars NET PAY.

Lightweight titleholder Humberto Soto, claiming he is owed more than $1 million by Top Rank and that his promotional agreement with the company is expired, has declared himself a free agent, attorney and co-manager Michael Miller told ESPN.com.

    Rios is a ducker.

Rios ducked Juan Diaz many times.
    Rios also ducked Mercito gesta
    Rios ducked Jorge Linares.
    Rios ducked Victor Ortiz.
Rios ducked a Miguel Acosta rematch
    Rios ducked Kevin Mitchell

Rios is a scared chicken that has been exposed as a DUCKER.

Soto will fight Rios and any TR fighter, if Top Rank pays him the $1.3 Million they owe him first.

Guzman CHEATED in the Soto fight.

Look at the 3rd round, and you'll see Guzman started the 3rd round with ILLEGAL PLAN A, by causing an intentional headbutt, and when Guzman saw that no blood came out of Soto's eyebrow, Guzman went to ILLEGAL PLAN B and intentionally LOW-BLOWED Soto.

Guzman shouldve been Disqualified for dirty fighting cause he CHEATED.

      Soto was ROBBED.

Like I said, Guzman is a Notorious CHEATER.

By the time la Zorrita moved up to 135. Manny was fighting Ricky Hatton followed by Cotto.
          Wrong.

Soto was at 130lbs, when Pac fought JMM rematch at 130lbs.

Soto was the #1 ranked and mandatory contender to Pac's WBC belt, but Pac vacated that belt to avoid defending it against Soto.

Soto then chased pac at 135lbs, and Pac ran from Soto to fight a FIXED FIGHT with his co-promoter (DelaHoya) at 147lbs.

Soto stayed at 135lbs for a while cause he was looking to unify belts against Juan M Marquez, but JMM is also scared to fight Soto wo he ducked him too.
and now that JMM and Pac fight at 144lbs, Soto moved up to 140lbs and is looking to fight either of the two.

Soto cannot get Maidana, Morales, Guerrero, Bradley, Alexander, to fight him, cause they're all scared to fight him.

Former WBA super featherweight champion Jorge Linares (31-1, 20KOs) has asked his promoter, Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar De La Hoya, to get him a shot at the WBA's lightweight king, Brandon Rios (28-0-1, 21KOs). Linares is slated to return on August 6 in Venezuela and won his last four bouts since being stopped by Juan Carlos Salgado in one round in 2009. Rios retained his title last Saturday in California with a third round technical knockout of top rated Urbano Antillon.

they all called out Rios and Rios ducked them all.

                  Rios is a proven chicken.
