I don't know who I dislike more (for ducking) Andre Dirrell or Humberto Soto!
    Soto never ducked anyone.

Soto gave Anthony Peterson many opportunities to fight for his title, and Peterson turned it down. Instead, Peterson fought Rios, than get slaughtered by Soto.

Soto didnt fight Rios, and an Antillon rematch, cause he has contract disputes with Top Rank, cause TR owes Soto $1.3 million NET PAY, and left TR, and wont fight a TR fighter until TRm payse him the $1.3 Million NET PAY they owe him.

    D. Garcia is a waste-of-time-fight for Soto right now, cause Soto is in line to fight for a 4th divisioanl world title, and righfully deserves ton fight for that 4th title.
the WBC was not gonna make it an Interim title, cause Morales is jealous of Soto, and doesnt want Soto to win a 4th title.

Soto is being treated like an unknown lower ranked contender and thats an insult, cause they shouldve made the offer of making it an Interim WBC 140lbs title, but they wont, and want Soto to fight Garcia in a non-title fight.

6 years ago, in 2005, Soto stepped in and fought Rocky Juarez for an Interim WBC Featherweight title, cause the WBC Champion-In Jin CHi was out on medical leave.
Yet, now, 6 years later, in a similar situation, the WBC Chanp-Morales is on medical leave, BUT this time they dont want to make an Interim Title for Soto to fight for.

The governing rules are that when the legit champion cant make a mandatory defense cause of medical leave, etc., then an Interim title has to happen between the mandatory and the next highest ranked fighter (this being Soto), but the WBC will NOT make it an interim, and expected Soto to fight Garcia in a non-title fight.

That is a big insult, and Soto wont put up with that , cause Morales and the WBC are playing political games with Soto.

Soto will fight in March for the vacant WBA title (Interim or not), and become a 4-Divisional World champion.
That better than fighting D.Garcia in a non-title fight.
    D. Garcia is no match for Soto.

    Soto KO's Garcia easily.

Soto can KO Garcia, Rios, Antillon, Marquez, Pacman, Morales, one right after the other, BUT politics is what stalls Soto's chances.

Soto's next fight is for the vacant WBA belt in March, which would be his 4th title in 4 divisions.

fighting D. Garcia in January will stall his chance to fight for that WBA belt.

Soto has made close to $2 million altogether now.
Thats more than any 140lber (with the exception of JMM, Pac and Khan) today.

Maidana said he would defend his WBA title against Soto in early 2012, but if Maidana refused, then they'll find a replacement.

But one thing is for sure.
Soto will fight and win his 4th world title in 2-3 months.
