Yes it is, Tito was one of the best WWs/SWWs of his time and his destruction of title holder Joppy at MW was one of the most impressive wins of his career.

Who didn't Tito deserve to fight? Oscar? Why? He had questionable wins over Quartey and Whitaker.

Whitaker? Why? He had questionable win and looked bad against Rivera, while Hurtado was his last hurrah. But, had a questionable loss to Oscar.

Quartey? Had a questionable draw against Lopez that should have went his way, had a questionable lost to Oscar.

Lopez? Had a questionable draw with Quartey.

Rivera? Lost to Oscar, and caught a slippin Whitaker.

The argument that people make of Ward and Bute, that Ward has earn the right to fight whoever he wants next. Not only cuz' of his run and schedule of fights. But, also on how clearly he won that makes him clearly the #1 guy in the division the best guy in the division. He doesn't have to fight Bute next. He earn that right.

No one was dominating anything in WW division at that time...No one earned the right to fight whoever they want it at the WW division at that time.

Unless you want to count Oscar cuz' he was the Golden Boy.

And, again TIto 93-94 run is better than Bute whole resume.
Where did I say Trinidad didn't deserve to fight anyone? It's not about deserving to do anything, it's just interesting that Trinidad missed out on most of the best fighters at 147 and is still considered an ATG at the weight by most.

Anyone who claims that Tito is not an ATG is a fool. Tito fought everyone and knocked out most of them. Tito was once the most feared WW. Bute ani't **** COMPARED TO TITO. This fool Boxing Genuis doesnt know **** about boxing and im gonna run him away from boxing scene by exposing his ignorance of the sport! Tito was a ko artist, he always came to fight, in shape and focus, he could give and take. Didn't matter what he hit you with it hurt! Every shot was a power shot, even the jab! He should have never left welter weight. Very very good boxer. Bute and Tito should never be mentioned in the same sentence. Bute is garbage compared to

ITS CLEAR TO ME THAT MOST OF YOU ARE NEW TO BOXING AND ARE REALLY YOUNG GUYS PRETENDING TO BE KNOWLEDGABLE IN BOXING! Tito was running **** at in the early 90s. Many did not want to fight him because of his relentless pressure and thunder fist. When you guys were ****ing in diapers I was either at the fight or watching it at home ,studing every aspect. Tito was God like and he packed the arena with fans that loved him and worshipped him!
